National Board of Directors:  Reference By-Laws, Article V

National Directors are elected by ballot by all members in good standing, present in person or by proxy at each Annual Meeting for a three year term, from each province or region as defined by the Board on a basis proportionate to the active members of that province or region.  At the present time, (2009) the Board consists of one (1) Director each from Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba, three (3) from Alberta, two (2) from Saskatchewan and two (2) directors at large for a total of ten (10) plus one director who sits as Past President and has voting privileges.  The formula for director representation is one (1) director from each of the five (5) provinces/regions of Canada, two (2) directors at large plus one (1) additional director for each 15% of defined regional year end business activity (female enrollment numbers).
